This new area is a fun adventure but it also comes with a whole lot of work! We are trying to get our bearings on who is who and trying to meet the people that the past missionaries were teaching so most days we feel all over the map, but hopefully by the end of this transfer we have our ducks in a row and are more organized.
We were able to have an awesome lesson on the restoration with Tereasa and that was so cool! We invited her to read and pray about the book of mormon to know of its truth and she said, " I think I already know it is true but I will read and pray about " !!! Talk about prepared- she is amazing and it has been so fun to watch little miracle after miracle
I got to watch my YSA branch in Kaneohe on zoom yesterday because Anna ( she is getting baptized soon! ) decided to bear her testimony for the first time! As soon as she started talked I had literal tears, I cannot tell you how PROUD I am of her. She has grown so much in the last 4 months and I feel so blessed to have been a small part in that ♡
GUESS WHAT?! On Friday morning I got an email from the church travel department about my VISA !!!! I don't know what that means exactly as far as the timeline of things but it is a step in the right direction! ❤
Our zone is doing a challenge in the month of march to read the entire Book of Mormon !! March madness Book of Mormon style:) & that has been a blessing this week in my personal study. One scripture that really stood out to me this week was in 2 Nephi 10: 23:
" Therefore, cheer up your hearts, and remember that ye are free to act for yourselves" It is 100% up to us if we are going to be happy! We can choose to do things and to live in a way that brings us joy ! So CHOOSE happy 🔆
