General conference was the highlight of my week! It was seriously heaven sent, I hope you all found answers to your prayers, I know I did. ♡
Also super exciting news... just yesterday we got a car in Lodi! Christmas came early! Our area is pretty big with little public transit so they decided with the changing weather and distance to our members, bikes wouldn't cut it. I'm way excited, actually though, I've gotten better at the bike thing. Being able to travel opens the doors to so many opportunities with the people in our area and I can't wait to meet more of them.
We had a group activity with the youth this week! When I was telling another missionary about it, I told him we played "Mafia" (just a fun game to play w a group) and he asked if that was culturally insensitive since we are in Italy and the mafia is a real thing. Honestly I didn't even think about it, but I laughed pretty hard when he said that. I hope it wasn't haha, the youth didn't seem to care, they are my favorite part of Lodi- so much love for them!
It is officially October, and Christmas is in 80 days! I'm so excited! We have had so much rain here!
