You are scheduled to make your personal appearance with the Italian Honorary Consul here in Salt Lake City. Attached, you will find personal appearance instructions, which include the address of the consulate and the date and time of your appointment. Please make sure you read the instructions before departing for your personal appearance. You will also find attached a copy of your travel itinerary.
Please be at your departure airport 2 hours prior to departure.
Be ready to board the plane at the correct departure gate 60 minutes prior to departure time to not lose your seat to a possible standby passenger. Do the same for your return flight home.
Dress in full missionary attire when traveling to the consulate for your appointment.

As you are aware you will be
traveling to Salt Lake City to the
honorary consul to apply for your Italian visa. Please wear missionary attire.

Driver License and a pen.
Your personal appearance is
scheduled for:
Friday, June 18th at 11:00 am, SLC, UT
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. I will meet you in the Lobby of the building and we
will proceed to the honorary consul office.
This is his private attorney office where he works and his time is
voluntary. Please be respectful and
follow all posted signs about face coverings and physical distancing.
After the appointment I will
send the items to the San Francisco consulate for the visa to be entered. I
will send your travel packet including passport/visa to your mission or home
before you travel.
