Awaiting reassignment.... (it's taking forever)

No it's not easy to get your heart set on a place like Milan, Italy and then to have to switch gears to go somewhere else.  And we do know and believe that you are sent on a mission, not sent to a place.  Still, it takes a little dealing with and wondering and anticipating and I love Emma's response when people ask her why she's decided to serve a mission, why NOW especially, and if she's even a teeny bit bummed- to that she testifies that she knows the Lord called her for a reason right now.  He knew the state of the world, and the complications of a pandemic and yet He still called her to serve- She believes that enough to trust Him that home MTC, and a reassignment are part of His divine plan.  I love that faith.  I love that it is tested enough to act and prove it.  The Lord is building finishers, that's what Roarke told Emma (and Sadie). These girls are all in and my heart is so very grateful that they are willing whatever that looks like, to step out on a limb, test their faith and trust that He not only knows the way, but is preparing a people that need to hear His message in this time, from these sweet missionaries.

Hawaii Here she comes!
