I absolutely cannot believe I have one week left in the MTC! I hit my one-month mark on Friday haha- 1/18, and I couldn't be loving it more!
I got my travel itinerary for Hawaii this week! A change of plans- I am now flying out on Monday, super early, but I don't know that I will be sleeping very well anyways (so so excited and nervous). It is going to be quite the adventure :)
I was able to go through the temple this week on Wednesday. It was such a neat experience and I'm grateful to have gotten to go before I entered the field.
For Pday we took a drive along Hell's Canyon. It was a pretty drive through Riggins and all the way down to Pittsburgh Landing.
I have been asked to speak in church on the 18th, so for personal study this week I have been learning a lot about the nature of God and the love that He has for all of His children. I read a quote from Elder Uchtdorf that I just loved!
“Though we are incomplete, God loves us completely. Though we are imperfect, He loves us perfectly. Though we may feel lost and without compass, God's love encompasses us completely. ... He loves every one of us, even those who are flawed, rejected, awkward, sorrowful, or broken.”―
I am so grateful to have the knowledge that God loves all of us perfectly and individually. ♥
