Ciao! Happy October!
Another week down! The further we get into the MTC the harder it gets (but I guess that was to be expected :) The more Italian we learn, the more we are expected to use it. This week Fratello Ross had some of his friends that he had served with in Milan, join into our Zoom call so we could practice teaching a lesson in Italian. It was a really good experience (nerve-racking for sure) but it was so neat because despite our broken Italian and simple message using the words we've learned and over a computer screen, the Spirit was so there. I know that when we are sharing God's love with His children, the Spirit can be felt- no matter the circumstances.
My Hawaiian flag came in the mail and it gets me so excited !! Crazy to think that in just 16 days I will be boarding a plane for Honolulu. I'm scared out of my mind haha! But so ready to love and serve the people, & ready for this adventure.
P-day was spent watching General Conference - it is the best !! I hope all of you had the chance to watch it, or if you haven't before, you TOTALLY should ! I have seen a few session so far, and already there are inspired messages of peace and hope and God's love for all of us. It always leaves me feeling so motivated to be better, and so completely known & loved !! (and who doesn't love to feel like that :) ♥ )
I am loving the work & so grateful and humbled to be His missionary.

& shoutout to Hermana Miller for hitting her one year mark !! I am so grateful for such an amazing older sister who I look up to so much! She has been such a blessing to me (my whole life) but specifically since starting my mission. She is my built-in best friend, favorite older sister, and the kind of missionary I hope to be. Love you Sades. ♥
