We have been busy the last couple weeks and we are grateful!
Highlight of the whole year --> there is a family in one of my wards, the Kaui family, that we've been blessed to work with, and they went through the temple for the first time! They invited us 4 sisters to go through with them and it was the most beautiful day ! I couldn't be prouder or happier for them ♡ The Laie temple is breathtaking & I counted it as a miracle that I was able to go through.
After Sacrament meeting on Sunday, one of our investigators, Anna, asked us if she could talk with us outside for a second. We were really nervous, and praying so hard that it wouldn't be bad news- HOLY COW it was the best news. She said she has felt the prompting from the Holy Ghost the last three sundays that she needs to get baptized! SHE ASKED US! Being a missionary is wild because we are just the tools that God uses to perform His miracles. She was so prepared and I am over the moon about it! I had a hard time sitting still through second hour of YSA, I seriously felt like I could run for miles ( obviously not haha, but I was so HYPED! )
I never thought I would say it, but I was cold this week! Haha. The members told us that it is normally not this cold but this whole week has been in the 60s- I know we are wimps, but we are used to 80 :)
It was a weekend of straight MIRACLES! The work is really really speeding up in Kaneohe and it makes my heart happy to be a part of all of it. I love these people with all of my heart! Uncle Charlie told us to say, " I served in Hawaii- I've got a big family!" & it couldn't be more true. All of these aunties and uncles will be my family forever! I feel so blessed!!
Amore,
Sorella Miller
