This week was a roller coaster to say the least!!
Sadie got home on Tuesday and I am SO proud of her! It was so tough to miss the reunion at the airport but I am so happy she is with the family. Can't tell you how excited I am to see her after my mission, grateful for the mercy month we got with her last year, when she was reassigned that shortened our time apart from 29 months down to 22 :). I miss her ♡
Miracle of the week!! Because Theresa is moving this week, we got special permission from the temple to go and do baptisms!! The Laie temple is BEAUTIFUL & I was so grateful to get to go again! It was easily one of the coolest experiences of my mission- she got to take family names and it was so special !! I LOVE THE TEMPLE !!
It was a pretty good first week of the transfer, definitely missing the old zone but excited to get to know this one and to see miracles this transfer!!
I hope you all had a chance to watch General Conference this last weekend, if not, you still can ;). I have been rereading the talks in my personal study and am pulling totally new things haha. I loved the talk by Elder Dube about pressing toward the mark! He said, " It is not so much about what we are going through in life but what we are becoming. There is joy in pressing toward the mark. I testify that He who overcame all will help us as we look up to Him." ♡♡♡
