FINALLY! Steve got baptized and I was able to spend Saturday morning in Kaneohe! I am beyond proud of him, it's been a long time coming and he is wayyy prepared ! It was so fun to go back to Waimanalo and see people from the Olomana ward and my companions- oh how I miss them.
I found out to get to Italy at some point, I have to be vaccinated, so Lamprey and I are one shot down, one to go. Anything to get me one step closer !! & It was a fun "road trip" up to Laie. Other than that, I haven't heard anything, but still hopeful :).
Ho finito questa settimana il primo libro di Nefi nel Libro di Mormon, tutto in italiano.
I made a goal last month to read the Book of Mormon cover to cover in Italian, so I need to pick up the pace to finish the whole thing by the end of my mission lol. But that has been a fun mix-up in my language study!!
Life is good & I am grateful to be here ♡ I am trying to be better about counting my blessings even when some days seem hard because after all, BEING HAPPY DOESN'T MEAN EVERYTHING IS PERFECT ! There are little tender mercies everyday to be so grateful for!!
