We were able to meet with some members in person this week, I loved it and are fine-tuning our "heart attacking" skills, we are getting pretty sneaky :).
I woke up on Sunday with a message from Sister Lamprey, my sweet companion from Honolulu, saying that one of our friends who we had found and taught, was getting baptized! I was able to join the zoom meeting and got emotional witnessing JR make his first steps closer to Heavenly Father. It was a miracle, and a tender mercy I was able to "be there" via technology. It is such a testament that this is God's work! My heart is so full!
The baptism was definitely the highlight! It made me miss Hawaii and just how grateful I am that it was such a part of my mission, I wouldn't trade that experience for the world.
We had Stake Conference this week, I'm starting to understand more and more Italian, and it is fun to see small progress! It is such a beautiful language to match a beautiful country!
It is birthday week in the Miller house, BUON COMPLEANNO to Avery, Mama and my Dad! I love and miss them more than I can say! TANTI AUGURI 🥳💜
Hope life is treating y'all well! Also,I heard about the big game-- way to go BSU on the win against BYU! They needed some humble pie ;).
