One of the senior missionary couples had us over today for a Thanksgiving lunch and games with some other missionaries! It was so cute of them and made today special, a holdiay to remember!
I have really found that life is better when we're grateful! November is the perfect opportunity to show gratitude but we shouldn't need a month or a holiday to count our blessings! I love the scripture in the Book of Mormon, in Alma 34, that says" ...that ye live in thanksgiving daily, for the many mercies and blessings which he doth bestow upon you" we are so blessed! God is so good!
Last p-day, sorella mcEachern and I went to Citta Alta in Bergamo. It is this cute little part of the city up on top of a hill- it is breathtaking with an awesome overlook of the city! We are this cute little funicular ride to the top and spent the morning window shopping :)
We had another lesson w Steeven. We hoped to find a date for him to get baptized but it didn't go exactly as we had planned, but we're still working on it! If you have any fun object lessons for a 9 year old, send them my way!
We're coming to the end of the transfer and I'm feeling change! I seriously love my little corner of Italy here in Lodi but am ready for whatever the Lord has in store!
